the origins of the Order

The Order of Saint Gabriel was founded on the initiative of European diplomats committed to peace and human development. Inspired by the tradition of ancient orders of chivalry, it is part of a secular, universal and deeply humanitarian vision. Since its beginnings, the Order has been able to combine historical heritage and modernity, with the mission of supporting the most vulnerable through concrete and selfless actions.

The First Humanitarian Missions

From the 2000s, the Order initiated its first medical and social missions, with the support of volunteer doctors, partner NGOs and convinced patrons.

The first actions were directed towards Africa, South America, then Eastern Europe.

A Growing Organization

The Order has structured its action by creating national chapters and local commanderies.
Each chapter acts according to the needs of its region while respecting the founding values of the Order.
Well-known personalities in diplomacy, medicine and business have joined its ranks.

Today, the Order is present in France, Germany, Greece, Serbia, Hungary, Ivory Coast, etc.
