introduction of chapter
The Swiss Chapter of the Order of Saint Gabriel represents the Order’s Swiss anchorage in a nation recognized for its neutrality, active diplomacy and humanitarian commitment.
Officially constituted as a non-profit association, the chapter acts in accordance with Swiss law and actively participates in charitable actions carried out by the Order at the international level.

mission and values
The Swiss Chapter is fully in line with the overall mission of the Order:
Promote peace, human dignity and support for the most vulnerable.
Its specific missions:
- Support hospital works and medical projects in Switzerland and abroad.
- Encourage civic and charitable commitment among the young generations.
- Organize events (galas, conferences, fundraising).
- Participate in the strategic decisions of the Order through the Sovereign Council.

current projects
- Medical aid in Africa via the shipment of hospital equipment (in partnership with the French Chapter).
- Support for the training of nursing staff in remote areas (pilot project with the Andzaha Chapter in Madagascar).
- Collaboration with Swiss universities to raise students' awareness of humanistic and solidarity values.
- Preparation of a charity gala in Lausanne – planned for the end of the year.
